Her background includes extensive experience in housing law, fair housing advocacy, and tenant rights, having worked with organizations like the California Civil Rights Department and the National Housing Law Project.

Cinthya Munoz Ramos is also reappointed for a three-year term from February 12, 2026, to February 11, 2029. Her experience includes significant work in policy advocacy, community organizing, and legislative strategy, particularly in areas of immigrant rights, labor, and health, serving as Chief of Staff for an Oakland City Council President and Legislative Director for an Alameda County Supervisor.

DeSeanna Williams is reappointed as an Alternative Tenant Representative for a three-year term from February 12, 2025, to February 11, 2028. She brings over 25 years of experience in affordable housing and social services, including her current role as Executive Director of the Rent Stabilization Program for the City of Berkeley and previous experience with the Detroit Housing Commission.
