Approval and execution of Interagency Agreement between Orange County, Florida and Eatonville Police Department for Criminal Justice Information Exchange and Computer Usage. (Fiscal and Operational Support Division)

This agreement establishes an interagency partnership between Orange County, Florida and the Eatonville Police Department for the exchange of Criminal Justice Information (CJI) and computer usage. The agreement, effective for five years from the date of the last signature, allows the Eatonville Police Department access to Orange County's Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) for criminal justice administration. Both parties must adhere to the FBI Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Security Policy, including requirements for user training, data confidentiality, secure device usage, and incident response plans. The agreement was signed by the Orange County Mayor on February 2, 2025, and the Chief of the Eatonville Police Department on February 26, 2025.
