This resolution authorizes the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 17 properties located on N. Etting Street in the 5th Councilmanic District. Specifically, the properties are 1816, 1817, 1838, 1839, 1841, 1842, 1843, 1845, 1847, 1848, 1849, 1851, 1853, 1854, 1861, 1862, and 1866 N. Etting Street. The purpose of this disposition is to facilitate the development of new homeownership housing. These new homes will be eligible for participation in the Neighborhood Preservation Initiative’s Turn the Key program.
