This ordinance authorizes HOWARD FOREMAN to install, own, and maintain a proposed fence encroachment at 1338-44 Rising Sun Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19140. The fence will extend approximately five feet into the north sidewalk of West Westmoreland Street, starting from a point 28'-4" east of the Rising Sun Avenue curbline for a distance of approximately 42'-8". The owner must obtain all necessary permits, enter into an agreement with the City, secure insurance, and indemnify the City against any claims. A $200.00 fee must be paid within sixty days of the ordinance becoming law, and the permission expires if an agreement is not reached within one year.

Residents may experience a reduction in sidewalk width on West Westmoreland Street due to the new fence, and the owner must pay a $200 fee for this encroachment.
