Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1725, 1726, 1729, 1747, 1749, 1832 N. 26th Street; 1808, 1809, 1810, 1812, 1819, 1824, 1828, 1837, 1838 N. Bailey Street; 1735, 1747, 1765 N. 27th Street; 2525, 2611 Cecil B Moore Avenue located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

This resolution, introduced by Councilmember Young and adopted on December 11, 2025, authorizes the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 20 specific properties located in the 5th Councilmanic District. These properties, including those on N. 26th Street, N. Bailey Street, N. 27th Street, and Cecil B Moore Avenue, are intended for the development of homeownership housing. The new homes will be eligible for the Neighborhood Preservation Initiative’s Turn the Key program, aligning with Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code and Act 153 of 2012.
