PhillyBOLT is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering grassroots leaders, particularly residents of low-income neighborhoods, to drive transformative initiatives. Their programs include a Grassroots Leadership program for community impact leaders and an Academic-Year Fellowship that partners with schools like Sayre High School, West Philadelphia High School, the Academy at Palumbo, and Olney High School. Through these programs, youth coaches and fellows have collectively dedicated over 100 hours to leadership training, mentorship, and community engagement, fostering civic responsibility and resilience among Philadelphia's youth.
