Stanley Street; 2420, 2438, 2442, 2456, 2648, 2650, 2651 N. Corlies Street; 2519, 2600, 2603, 2611, 2640, 2931, 2935, 3019, 3021, 3027, 3029, 3031, 3039 Oakdale Street located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

On December 11, 2025, the Philadelphia City Council adopted Resolution No. 251088, introduced by Councilmember Young. This resolution authorizes the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 40 specific properties across N. Stanley Street, N. Corlies Street, and Oakdale Street, all located within the 5th Councilmanic District. The primary goal of this disposition is to enable the development of new homeownership housing. These future homes will be eligible for the Neighborhood Preservation Initiative’s Turn the Key program, facilitating access to homeownership in these areas.

This initiative will create new homeownership opportunities in the 5th Councilmanic District, particularly for residents who qualify for the 'Turn the Key' program. It aims to revitalize specific blocks by developing vacant or underutilized land into housing.
