Known internationally as the “Cosmopolitan Prayer Queen,” she authored an inspirational book, led revivals, and established a ministry famous for healing, which also broadcast on WDAS radio for over 20 years. Her legacy continues through the Prayer Center and the 28-unit Mother Dabney Square townhome development. The resolution was adopted on December 11, 2025, introduced by Councilmember Brooks and sponsored by several other councilmembers.
