RESOLUTION - TRANSITIONAL WORK AGREEMENTS

This resolution authorizes the City of Powder Springs to enter into transitional work agreements with departing employees. These agreements allow the city to retain essential services from these individuals for a period of up to six months after their departure. The City Manager, Finance Director, and Organizational Development Director will identify the necessary services and determine appropriate fees or hourly rates, ensuring consistency with existing contract labor rates and budget availability. All agreements require review by the City Attorney.
