Public Access Instructions - 2026

This document outlines the instructions for public access and participation in Planning Commission meetings for 2026. Residents have multiple options to attend or listen to meetings, including in-person at 900 E Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, by phone, or online via Microsoft Teams or Legistar. Public comment can be submitted in writing via email to PDRLandUseAdmin@rva.gov by 12:00 p.m. on the meeting date, or provided verbally during the meeting if accessing via phone or Microsoft Teams.

Residents can easily attend or provide input on Planning Commission matters affecting their neighborhoods through various accessible methods, ensuring their voices are heard in development and zoning decisions.
