CPC Public Access Participation Instructions - 2025

This document outlines the instructions for public access and participation in the Planning Commission meetings for 2025. Residents can attend in-person at City Hall (900 E Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219), listen by phone (dial 67-804-316-9457, conference ID: 985 150 209#), or join online via Microsoft Teams (https://tinyurl.com/Richmond-CPC-2025) for audio and video. A "listen only" option is available through Legistar (https://richmondva.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx). Public comments can be submitted in writing to PDRLandUseAdmin@rva.gov by 12:00 p.m. on the meeting date, or provided verbally during the meeting if attending by phone or Teams. Written comments must include full name, organization represented, and economic/professional relationships.

Residents have multiple options to access and participate in Planning Commission meetings, including in-person attendance, phone, and online participation, ensuring greater accessibility for public comment on development and zoning matters.
