The change order extends the contract term through June 30, 2026, with no changes to the existing fees. The original agreement was established on December 20, 2023, for PCI compliance and Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) services. A previous change order on November 7, 2024, extended the term and adjusted scope and fees. This extension is necessary to maintain PCI compliance, which is required for the city to continue accepting credit card payments and to protect customer data.
