- HR360 Acceptance Place (890 Hayes St): Provides Levels 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 residential SUD treatment with stays ranging from 30 to 90 days, utilizing 10 beds. This program specializes in serving gay or bisexual men with SUD in San Francisco, including unhoused and Medi-Cal eligible individuals. For FY 2025-2026, this program is budgeted for 2,920 units of service (bed days) serving 34 unduplicated clients.
The total funding includes a $3,385,808 contingency amount for the extended term. DPH is also authorized to make non-material amendments to the agreement. HealthRight 360 has ongoing obligations related to properties at 890 Hayes Street and 214 Haight Street due to prior City loan subordination.
This substantial funding increase and extended contract term ensure the continued availability of critical withdrawal management and residential treatment services for San Francisco residents struggling with substance use disorders.
