This ordinance amends the San Francisco Planning Code to increase the allowable number of guest rooms for hotel uses in RH-2 (Residential House, Two-Family) and RH-3 (Residential House, Three-Family) zoning districts.
Key Changes:
- Guest Room Limit Increase: The maximum number of guest rooms permitted as a Conditional Use in RH-2 and RH-3 districts will increase from five or fewer rooms to eight or fewer rooms.
