Request for Travel Authorization for Mayor Mahan.

The City Council is asked to authorize travel for Mayor Mahan to attend the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative Capstone Convening in Cambridge, Massachusetts, from April 12-14, 2026. This is a culminating event for the initiative, designed to help city leaders advance work developed during the program. Costs for registration, accommodation, and most meals will be covered by Bloomberg Philanthropies. Any remaining expenses, such as ground transportation or uncovered meals, will be paid from the Mayor's Office Budget. The Rules and Open Government Committee recommended approval on March 25, 2026.
