HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the procedures outlined below, and approve Case No. 22GPA-00000-00003 to adopt the Environmental Justice Element, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR.) a) Make the required findings for approval, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings; b) Find that the proposed comprehensive plan amendment is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and the Notice of Exemption; and c) Adopt a Resolution to approve the proposed comprehensive plan amendment, adopting the Environmental Justice Element as part of the County Comprehensive Plan.
