It also highlights her efforts in reducing a countywide job vacancy rate, her leadership during emergencies, and her role in enhancing transparency and fiscal stewardship. Ms. Rivera is recognized as the first Latina and first bilingual individual to serve as County Executive, inspiring future leaders. The resolution extends best wishes for her retirement.
