Public Infrastructure Rental Fee Waiver - West County Community Services Navigation Site & Homeless Shelter

The Board of Supervisors is asked to approve a Public Infrastructure Rental Fee Waiver of $138,588 for the Guerneville Veterans Memorial Building. This waiver will support the continued operation of the West County Community Services Navigation Site & Homeless Shelter, located at 16255 First Street in Guerneville. The waiver allows West County Community Services to allocate 100% of its contracted funding towards frontline staff and services for the shelter, which serves 27 unhoused individuals nightly. The funding for this waiver will be drawn from General Fund Contingencies.
