Approve Agreement with VisionOne, Inc. dba Accesso for Theater Ticketing Software

The Temecula Community Services District is set to approve a one-year agreement with VisionOne, Inc. dba accesso for theater ticketing software, commencing July 1, 2026, with a total cost not to exceed $60,000. This agreement follows a competitive Request for Proposals process, as the current contract expires on June 30, 2026. VisionOne, Inc. dba accesso has been a vendor for this service since 2005. The contract includes an option to extend through March 31, 2031. Funds for FY 2026-27 will be requested as part of the Annual Operating Budget process.
