CLERK OF THE BOARD - Expiration of Tax Agreements for KRG White Plains City Center

This item concerns the expiration of tax agreements related to the KRG White Plains City Center and The Tower at City Place Condominium. The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) has notified the City of White Plains Department of Assessment that the tax agreements, which previously provided tax exemptions for certain parcels (Section 125.76, Block 1, Lots 3..6002, 3..6031, and 3..6032), have expired as of January 23, 2026. The IDA requests that these parcels be moved off the tax-exempt rolls and categorized according to their applicable tax status. It is understood that KRG White Plains City Center, LLC and The Tower at City Place Condominium have been and will continue to make tax payments as applicable.
