ACT-Sewer District Mod-Add-Somers

This Act modifies the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District by adding two parcels of property located in the Town of Somers. These parcels are identified as O Route 6, Sec. 4.20, Block 1, Lot 12; and Sec. 15.08, Block 1, Lot 4.

Financial Impact: The aggregate sum of $401,827.00 is levied against these parcels. This amount will be payable in ten equal annual installments of $40,182.70 each, and will be credited to the remaining portion of the District.

Effective Date: The Act takes effect immediately upon enactment. Future assessment rolls will reflect these changes, and any previously levied taxes or assessments on these parcels will remain valid until paid.
