RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PASSAGE OF LEGISLATION DESIGNATING PARKING AND CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS EMPLOYED BY THE CITY OF YONKERS AS PEACE OFFICERS.

This resolution formally requests the New York State Legislature to pass legislation designating Parking and Code Enforcement Officers employed by the City of Yonkers as Peace Officers.
